6G was conceived as Austin’s, and at the time Texas’, next tallest building. HILMY worked with the developer for more than two years to define the archetype and persona for an unprecedented project. We developed the naming, positioning across leasing and marketing, arrival experience and resident journey, then carried that thinking through environmental design, digital presence and signage. The goal was to make every touchpoint support the building’s price point and position in a rapidly changing Austin market.
