White Lodging and Kimpton/IHG approached HILMY for their flagship San Antonio hotel with a clear gap in the market: the city lacked an upper-echelon rooftop destination. We developed the Tenfold name, drawn from its tenth-floor location and the idea of being tenfold better, along with the brand identity, environmental and wayfinding system. We also consulted with the operators on menu structure and drink programming. The aim was to create a destination with enough point of view to belong equally to locals and hotel guests.
